1. Style & Customization

Q: Can I change the hair color, add highlights or gradient dye?
A: Yes. We support solid color, highlights, gradient color, peekaboo dye and more. You can pick from our color chart or provide reference pictures.

Q: Can I adjust the bang length, thickness and overall hair length?
A: Absolutely. We can customize the length, thickness and curve of bangs, as well as the total hair length and sideburns.

Q: Do you customize wigs for rare characters or original OC designs?
A: We do custom wigs for original characters and niche anime roles. Just send your design draft and requirements for one-on-one communication.

Q: Can I see a render before production?
A: We will provide a simple render for confirmation for complex styles. Simple styles will be made directly. Feel free to tell us any ideas for adjustments.

2. Material & Quality

Q: What material is the wig made of? Is it stuffy to wear?
A: It is made of high-temperature resistant fiber. The hair is smooth and tangle-free, and the breathable inner cap keeps your scalp comfortable even for long-time wear.

Q: Does the wig look frizzy or unnaturally shiny?
A: Our wigs go through matte treatment to reduce plastic shine. The hair stays neat and looks natural like real human hair.

Q: Is the wig heat-resistant? Can I restyle it myself?
A: Yes. It can withstand heat up to 120°C. You may use hair straighteners or curlers for restyling. Do not apply high heat for too long.

Q: Does the hair shed easily? Is it durable?
A: The hair is firmly fixed during production. Minimal shedding occurs with normal use and combing. With proper care, it can be reused for a long time.

3. Size & Wearing

Q: Can the wig fit different head sizes?
A: The inner cap has adjustable straps to fit most head circumferences. We can also adjust the cap specially for extra large or small head sizes if you note it in advance. And commission wigs are usually customize by your head circumference. 

Q: Is the wig heavy? Will it make my head look bigger?
A: We adopt lightweight layered design. It won’t look bulky and fits closely to your head.

Q: Is it easy for beginners to wear? Does it need much maintenance?
A: It’s super easy to put on with the adjustable cap. The basic style is finished already; just a quick comb before wearing.

Q: Are there anti-slip designs?
A: Built-in anti-slip straps and clips prevent the wig from slipping, perfect for daily wear and stage performance.

4. Lead Time & Pricing

Q: How long does it take to finish a custom wig?
A: Normal styles take 3-5 working days for production and delivery. Complex styles or special dyeing take 5-7 days. The available date to start needs to contact our customers service first. Contact us if you need an urgent order.

Q: How is the price calculated? 
A: Prices depend on design complexity, dyeing techniques and styling difficulty. Feel free to contact our customer's service!

Q: Do you offer expedited production for same-day or next-day delivery?
A: Yes. We provide rush order service with extra fees. We will confirm the exact delivery time with you in advance.

5. Cleaning & Storage

Q: How to store the wig when not in use?
A: Put the wig back in the box when you’re not using it, and put the lid on. Place it on a wig stand or in a box. Avoid extrusion and sunlight to keep the style well.

6. After-sales & Shipping

Q: What if the finished wig is different from the pictures? Can I get revisions if unsatisfied?
A: If the color or style does not match the agreement, we offer free revisions for non-man-made damage before ship out. We will try our best to meet your expectations.

Q: Is the package protective enough? Will the style get crushed during delivery?
A: Every wig is packed in a hard box with styling hair net for full protection, to avoid deformation during transportation.
